Chris Moretti

Co-Founder & Director

Chris brings over 18 years of experience at a large retail company in the Information Technology (IT) area. For over 15 years Chris and his teams provided the exclusive IT support for the Product Development division. Chris has worked with some significant brands such as: Calia, Field & Stream, Fitness Gear, MaxFli and Top-Flite. In this role, Chris was responsible for managing a large project team consisting of internal and external resources. Over this course, Chris managed numerous projects that had multiple customers and project owners. Creating private brands for the retailer was a very exciting journey.

Recently Chris has directed business development for a consulting and technology company that supports the retail and fashion industry in the U.S. and Canada. Chris sits on the Board of Directors of a user group for a large software company. Prior to that, he was the chairperson of the Retail Technical Committee.

Chris’s vast experience, people skills, and ability to fulfill customer needs have prepared and qualified him to enter into an entrepreneurship journey with BlueStone. At BlueStone, Chris supports sales, marketing, technology initiatives, and customer satisfaction.

Prashant Mannallikar

Prashant brings over 16 years of vast experience in Technology Consulting and Management working with leading fashion companies in the US, Europe, and China.

Prashant has proven track record of developing technology solutions to address customer business problems to reduce time-to-market, cost and increase productivity. He has Led, Architected, Designed, Developed, feasibility check of PLM solutions for various Fashion companies.

Prashant has rich consulting experience worked for more than 15 leading fashion companies across the globe. Some of the customers include Nike, Reebok, adidas, Patagonia, Dicks Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Kate Spade, Limited Brands and David Yurman.

Kallappa Vishwanath

Co-Founder & Director

Kallappa has 18 years of experience in search and selection industry. He specializes in the industrial Sector and has expertise in the Automobiles, Aerospace & Defence, Steel, Cement, Transportation, Manufacturing, Light & Heavy engineering, Capital equipments, Process Engineering, Pharma and Infrastructure sectors, and has successfully partnered with both native and multinational companies.

He has managed searches at leadership roles, functional head, mid-level, project assignments and start-ups, and brings strong understanding of the industry knowledge and consulting.

Kallappa aims to establish a niche in delivering Executive Search, Consulting and startup projects by providing simple solutions with good customer experience, while simultaneously offering a higher level of quality service to help select leading firms achieve their goals. His hands-on style allows him to fully understand client challenges and recruitment goals.
