Sr. Project Manager

I am a Sr. Project Manager and I have managed software and other projects for twenty plus years. The past seventeen years have been in the retail industry and the past ten have been in the sporting goods product development (private brand) area. I am skilled in running large projects to a successful completion as well as managing application support and working with and managing project and support resources. Most recently I have implemented an agile process for all of our product development software enhancements. In addition I have studied and I am an advocate of the concepts in the following publications: The Lean Startup, Lean Analytics and the Lean Product Playbook. I believe the application of these concepts will ensure that organizations make the proper technology investments that lead to desired business results.

In addition I sit on the Board of Directors of the PTC/USER group as Treasurer/Secretary and prior to that was the chairman of the Retail Technical Committee. PTC’s Retail Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool was a key tool licensed and used in the private brand development process.

Prashant

Technology Consulting and Management

Prashant brings over 16 years of vast experience in Technology Consulting and Management working with leading fashion companies in the US, Europe, and China. Prior to GoVise, Prashant was an Sr Architect/Sr Manager Client Relations for multiple retail fashion customers in USA. Primarily focusing on end to end PLM implementations with on budget and timely delivery.

Prashant has proven track record of developing technology solutions to address customer business problems to reduce time-to-market, cost and increase productivity. He has Led, Architected, Designed, Developed, feasibility check of PLM solutions for various Fashion companies.

Prashant has rich consulting experience worked for more than 15 leading fashion companies across the globe. Some of the customers include Nike, Reebok, adidas, Patagonia, Dicks Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Kate Spade, Limited Brands and David Yurman.

Founded GoVise Technologies, a global fashion retail technology consulting and solutions company empowering Apparel, Footwear, Jewelry, and Consumer goods companies to create and deliver sustainable products faster with higher profits.

GoVise helps fashion companies to use technology to work smarter and more efficiently to facilitate the Digital transformation by using 3D virtual tools, PLM, RPA, and other technologies to drive for Speed, Cost, added value in the supply chain & Sustainability.

Kallappa has 14 years of experience in search and selection industry. He specializes in the industrial Sector and has expertise in the Automobiles, Aerospace & Defence, Steel, Cement, Transportation, Manufacturing, Light & Heavy engineering, Capital equipments, Process Engineering and Infrastructure sectors, and has successfully partnered with clients – both multinational and Indian companies.

He has managed searches at leadership roles, functional head, mid-level, project assignments and start-ups, and brings strong understanding of the industry knowledge and consulting. Prior to joining MavenHasten he was part of leading organisations ABC Consultants and Perfect Placer. At ABC Consultants he was part of Industrial Practice as a Client Manager, looking after business development and delivery through team management.

Kallappa aims to establish a niche in delivering Executive Search, Consulting and startup projects by providing simple solutions with good customer experience, while simultaneously offering a higher level of quality service to help select leading firms achieve their goals. His hands-on style allows him to fully understand client challenges and recruitment goals.

He is a graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University and has an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis, Pune.
